Delivery Policy

Last updated: 14 July 2026

This Delivery Policy describes how Put.mk - КСЕНИЈА 2024 ДООЕЛ Скопје (“Put.mk”), as the owner and provider of the website, delivers digital products and services purchased on put.mk: domain names, SSL certificates, and shared Linux/Windows hosting.

Put.mk operates an online store with an e-commerce virtual POS terminal. Successful card payment with Visa or Mastercard (or another agreed payment method) is the usual trigger for delivery of digital services. Personal data related to delivery and billing are processed as described in our Privacy Policy, in line with GDPR principles.

1. Nature of delivery

All products sold on put.mk are digital / electronic services. There is no physical shipment of goods. “Delivery” means activating, provisioning, or making the ordered service available in your Put.mk account and/or by email to the address provided at checkout.

2. When delivery starts

Delivery begins after we receive confirmation of successful payment from the payment provider operating the virtual POS, or after cleared bank transfer when that method is used. Orders that require documents (e.g. certain .mk / .edu.mk registrations) begin technical processing after payment and after the required documentation is accepted.

3. Delivery timeframes

3.1 Domain names

  • Standard .mk / .com.mk and similar extensions: typically provisioned within 5–15 minutes after successful payment and automated checks, subject to registry availability.
  • Manual review cases (documentation, foreign entities, restricted TLDs such as .edu.mk): usually 1–3 business days after complete documents are received.
  • Transfers: typically 2–5 business days after the losing registrar releases the domain, subject to national registry rules.

3.2 SSL certificates

  • DV SSL: often issued within minutes to a few hours after domain validation.
  • Wildcard SSL: typically same-day after successful validation.
  • EV SSL: organisation verification may take several business days, depending on the certificate authority and document completeness.

Certificate files and installation instructions are delivered digitally (account / email). Installation on Put.mk hosting is performed free of charge when requested for services hosted with us.

3.3 Shared hosting (Linux / Windows)

  • Hosting accounts are normally activated within up to 24 hours after successful payment (often sooner during business hours).
  • Login credentials for cPanel (Linux) or Plesk (Windows) are sent to your account email.
  • If a domain was ordered in the same cart, we can point DNS / nameservers as part of activation once the domain is live.

4. Place of delivery

Digital delivery is deemed completed when:

  • the service appears as active in your Put.mk customer area; and/or
  • access credentials, certificate files, or confirmation email have been sent to the email address registered for the order.

It is your responsibility to provide a correct, reachable email address and to check spam/junk folders.

5. Payment methods and delivery dependence

Online card payments are processed through our secure e-commerce virtual POS, accepting Visa and Mastercard cards. If payment is declined, cancelled, or reversed, delivery will not start or may be suspended until funds are confirmed. Bank transfers are delivered after the payment is identified on our account (provide the order reference in the payment description).

6. Delays and force majeure

Delivery times are indicative. Delays may occur due to registry downtime, certificate authority validation, incomplete customer data, anti-fraud checks by the payment provider, or force majeure (outages, network failures, legal restrictions). We will inform you of material delays via email when reasonably possible.

7. Failed delivery / non-activation

If we cannot deliver a service for reasons outside your control (e.g. registry permanently rejects the name after payment), we will offer an alternative solution or a refund according to our Refund Policy.

If activation fails because of incorrect data you provided, or missing documents you did not supply after notice, we may pause delivery until resolved; prolonged non-cooperation may lead to cancellation under the Refund Policy.

8. Business days

“Business days” means Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays in the Republic of North Macedonia, during ordinary support hours. Automated provisioning may also occur outside those hours.

9. Contact
